Control and update data in the ERP software.
Verify the accuracy of accounting entries automatically recorded in the accounting system when transactions arise from other departments.
Urge and coordinate with other departments in operating the ERP system.
Represent the Accounting Department and work closely with the ERP software provider team in all situations.
Receive feedback from departments related to accounting scope and consult with the ERP provider for resolution measures.
Contribute improvement suggestions within the department, the system, and the company.
Review the accounting entries and reconcile detailed and summarized data across departments within the company.
Check the consistency of end-of-period balances with documentation reports and ensure data balance between summarized and detailed records.
Monitor the company's receivables, including office and company-wide receivables, to propose provisions, identify, and handle the company's bad debts.
Propose methods to improve accounting practices and reporting.
Store accounting data in software according to regulations.
Reconcile and statistically detail data allocation monthly.
Record cost allocation and depreciation entries.
Be ready to perform other tasks as assigned.

Khởi đầu từ một cửa hàng nhỏ xinh nằm trên con phố Nguyễn Đình Chiểu, Quận 3, đến nay 3Sạch Food đã phát triển mạnh mẽ thành hệ thống chuỗi gồm 9 cửa hàng thực phẩm sạch, 3 Bếp Chế Biến chuyên nghiệp với các khách hàng Sỉ và Lẻ. Ngoài thịt heo sạch được chăn nuôi từ chính trang trại của mình, 3Sạch Food còn cung cấp những sản phẩm thịt tươi khác, cá và hải sản đánh bắt trong ngày, và những đặc sản đặc biệt được tuyển chọn mỗi ngày từ các nhà cung cấp khắp cả nước. Về cơ bản, 3Sạch Food chính là người bạn đồng hành, mang tới cho mỗi gia đình những nguồn thực phẩm CHẤT LƯỢNG CAO và ĐẢM BẢO AN TOÀN CHO SỨC KHOẺ.
3Sạch Food hiện đang tìm kiếm những cá nhân xuất chúng gia nhập vào đội ngũ năng động của mình, nhằm mang nguồn thực phẩm sạch tới được nhiều kênh phân phối hơn, chủ yếu là ở Kênh bán sỉ, nhà hàng/ khách sạn/ cafe, những tổ chức lớn, và tất nhiên là cả hệ thống bán lẻ của mình. Với sứ mệnh "Mang thực phẩm sạch từ nông trại đến bàn ăn của mỗi gia đình", các sản phẩm tại 3Sạch Food luôn được tuyển chọn kỹ càng nguồn gốc, cách thức sản xuất... để mang lại sự an tâm cho khách hàng. Nhờ đó 3Sạch Food đã chiếm được tình cảm và niềm tin của những khách hàng khó ính nhất bằng chất lượng sản phẩm tự nhiên từ nông trại của mình.
