As a Middle/Senior Project Manager at Aletech, you will lead cross-functional teams, set project goals, and ensure that each project meets its objectives. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct thorough data analysis, then project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and overall project delivery.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs and objectives and plan for releasing.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
• Lead and manage complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Manage project versions, resources, and timelines.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative project management environment.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, and within scope.

• Proficient in utilizing JIRA or similar project management tools to effectively plan, track, and manage project tasks, workflows, and overall progress.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements.
