AVT located in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam which manufactures, trades and sells garden furniture to retailers globally. With a history of nearly 20 years of establishment, development and constant efforts, so far, AVT is one of the most reputable enterprises in this field in Viet Nam and a reliable partner with many companies around the world. Annually, we ship thousands of containers to nearly 200 clients globally. AVT’s functions in Vietnam include merchandising, logistics, purchasing, accounting, quality assurance, product development and sourcing activities which are supported by 100+ professional TEAM members with 3 factories and tens of other production partners. AVT’s office and showroom are conveniently located in District 12. To meet the very fast growing demand, we are now looking for 1 MERCHANDISER ASSISTANT to join our TEAM.

Responsibilities

Merchandise assistant is the person who is responsible for supporting merchandise team in managing customer orders, ensuring the best quality from raw material to finished products and delivered to customers with whole cycle from sampling development to shipment & after sales. Including support in daily work:

· Assist customers in the ordering process

· Participate in sample production, ensure sample quality before sending to customers

· Support merchandisers in document preparation & follow up customer feedback

· Work closely with related teams to ensure orders are produced and delivered on schedule with good quality standards: sales, QA-QC, supply chain, logistics….

· Inform clients, in collaboration with SCM, Production, QA-QC…to handle unforeseen delays or problems other arising problems affecting order progress.

· Update/ manage order data on the system according to the process

· Prepare reports when required

· Other tasks requested by direct manager and Board of Director 

Requirements

· GOOD COMMENT IN ENGLISH is the MUST

· GOOD MICROSOFT OFFICE

· Good at excel and data

· Fast learning with good willingness

· Having good orientation as of taking care client’s request in daily basis in full details and with dedication, carefulness and accuracy.

· Good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in fast pace international environment

· Teamwork spirit and able to travel when needed

· BA degree in Economics, Supply Chain management or related university
