Mô Tả Công Việc
- Source and develop new business opportunities to potential customers to achieve the sales target and gross profit margin.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors. Understand their requirements and propose customized VRV solutions to address their specific needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our VRV systems and stay updated on industry trends. Serve as the technical authority on VRV technology within the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits container, and technical aspects of our VRV systems. Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to design and propose optimal VRV solutions based on customer specifications and project requirements.
- Lead the process of quoting to all customers and provide technical support on all products inquiries.
- Manage order, contract terms and conditions, delivery schedule and communicate with customers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the HVAC industry. Provide insights to the sales and product development teams for strategic planning.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
o Minimum 3 years working experience in sales & marketing/ project management with HVAC or any M&E products in related fields.
o Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on VRV systems.
o Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of HVAC principles.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Willingness to travel as needed.
o Minimum 3 years working experience in sales & marketing/ project management with HVAC or any M&E products in related fields.
o Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on VRV systems.
