· Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory standards for all food products

· Monitor compliance with quality and food safety standards, proactively identify and recommend improvements for any non-conformities

· Maintain ongoing food safety activities, including process verifications, validation, review of production documents, and completion of customer questionnaires.

· Develop and deliver clear, effective communication to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring awareness of QA standards, program updates, and process changes.

· Handle customer complaints related to product quality and food safety; analyze root causes, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

· Lead internal, external quality audits and follow-up of corrective actions.

· Prepare quality and food safety reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

· Participate in the recruitment & training QA, QC staff

· Perform other duties as assigned by management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·        Bachelor’s degree in food technology, food science, or a related field.

·        At least 5 years of relevant experience in the food processing industry, with a proven track record in a managerial role.

·        Mature and responsible, with demonstrated experience in leading QA/QC teams and managing quality operations effectively.

·        Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems in food processing environments, including HACCP, BRC, IFS, FSSC, and other international standards.

·        Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative and provide practical solutions to quality and food safety issues.

·        Good command of both written and spoken English.

·        Willing and able to travel frequently for audits, supplier inspections, and business meetings.

Working Time and Benefits

·       Working time: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.  Employees can work from home on Saturday, unless operational needs require them to be at the factory or office.
