• Scheduling rehearsal times and making sure people arrive on time.

• Contingency planning and execution. Ensuring understudies have sufficient time to learn their roles in case of an emergency.

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the backstage and onstage areas directly prior to, during and immediately following each performance.

• Being responsible for the entrances of performers during the show.

• Making sure that show calls occur at the proper times.

• Checking for backstage passes and enforcing any rules and regulations necessary to clear the area of unnecessary people.

• Making sure the theater is operating within current health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and tidy environment.

Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of Safety, Service, Show and Efficiency.

Ensuring all reporting requirements are undertaken (daily reports, corrective action / maintenance reports, incident reports, etc).

Facilitating onboarding training and developing ongoing specialist training for all Department Staff, to ensure all Team Members are able to carry out their jobs effectively and as per with all Company policies, Manufacturer requirements, safety requirements and SOPs. Develop and foster a safe, efficient, professional, respectful, and courteous work culture. Develop team goals (KPI's), Financial Targets / Budgets, Project Teams, and improvement initiatives.

Other duties as assigned.

1/ Required Qualifications & Experience:

3 years experience in Stage Management of a large scale show.

Strong show management experience including:

Good knowledge in computer network

Audio skills and knowledge

Video Theory

Pyro technics (would be highly preferred)

High level of Technical English.

Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Etc).

A Degree in a related field is preferred.
