Update tickets in the system and report business activities to the respective manager periodically.
Respond to client complaints and inquiries, and cooperate with technical colleagues to handle incoming inquiries or work with the Technical Manager to address client complaints.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Perform duties and responsibilities in a professional, effective, and efficient manner to meet customer needs and help gain new clients while retaining existing ones.
Coordinate across business lines (internal/external subcontracting, etc.).
Oversee the entire order process: quotation, order creation, service contract, handover, follow- up, and payment.
Arrange, manage, and store technical documents and records.
Schedule after- sales services: warranty, maintenance, technical support, and handover minutes.
Calculate and track quotation prices.
Schedule technical and human resources: work closely with relevant experts (delivery & installation team, service & maintenance team, and team members).

• Willing to travel when required
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably B2B
• Problem- solving mindset, proactive and responsible
• Good understanding of sales process & after- sales support
• Basic English communication (spoken & written)
