Objectives
We are looking for a proactive, supportive, devoted and people- oriented HR Intern who will join and support the HR team throughout various HR activities, focusing on and driving the talent acquisition process.
Job Description
Administration (80%):
Office management:
- Manage inventories, stationery/travel/event expenses, and maintenance costs of the company
- Monitor and ensure adequate supplies and stationery
Operations:
- Assist in idea generation, planning and execution of engagement activities, teambuilding, year- end party, job fair, event, charity and other HR activities
- Manage papers and records of the HR Department in place
- Assist in releasing content for Internal Communication
- Assist in other tasks related to logistics, paperworks, etc.
Internal Communication (20%):
- Receive, classify and transfer documents and correspondence to relevant employees/departments/clients as required
- Proceed, follow up and update payment request
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Eager to learn and can- do attitude
Immediate English skills
Proactive, autonomous, hard- working, ownership, integrity, supportive
Can commit 6- months internship program and can work full- time is a plus
3rd- or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime (at least 4 days per week)
Be able to develop content or use some basic design tools (Canva,…) is a plus
Good at Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, excellent time & task management
