• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the residence, including room divisions, food and beverage, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and security, to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to plan and execute renovation or upgrade projects for guest rooms and other residence areas when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and guest satisfaction.

• Develop and manage the residence’s budget, forecast revenue and expenses, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize and achieve financial targets.

• Establish sales & marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share, including targeting key market segments and cultivating relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, etc.

• Cultivate positive relationships with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance their stay and overall satisfaction.

• Manage major accounts and key partnerships of Calidas to maintain and grow long-term business relationships.

• Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high service standards and a positive work culture.

• Maintain high standards of product and service quality by conducting regular inspections and implementing procedures to ensure consistency and excellence throughout the hotel.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience inHospitality Management, 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to find new clients and close leasing deals efficiently.
• Proficient in leasing software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English
