Customer Service Team Leader: Monitoring employee productivity and quality of customer service; Experienced in teammanagement; Making sure employees meet performance expectations; Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks; Giving instructions to subordinate employees; Assist in developing training plans and implementing and evaluating employees after training; Handling complaints; Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; Other tasks are assigned by the Line manager or BOD.
