Specific Responsibilities Would Include

• Purchase Order Preparation: Manage the creation of approximately 3,000 purchase lines.
• Division Purchasing Summary:
• Confirm sales team’s sales orders.
• Validate FOB (Free on Board) and margin details.
• Oversee order allocation.
• Confirm ex-factory and shipment dates.
• Ensure retailer delivery dates are met.
• Confirm ETA for ports.
• Shipment Management: Monitor shipment plans, bookings, and document submissions.
• Production Planning: Create and oversee production plans, addressing any production issues as they arise.
• Supplier Management:
• Handle supplier quotations, negotiations, and analysis.
• Conduct supplier visits and production line inspections.
• Follow up on pre-production samples.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed item specifications.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, production management, or related field
• Strong negotiation skills
• Energetic, responsible, goal-oriented, and a good team player
• Background in licensing business is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
