As we are opening a new factory in Vietnam (located in Minh Duc Industrial Park, My Hao, Hung Yen), we are looking for a Logistics Operator who makes goods available when and where required and ensures shipping goods on time.

Your tasks

· On time picking of materials for transfer, production orders and customer orders

· Warehouse operations such as storing and withdrawing materials including use of powered pallet trucks

· Handling of inbound goods shipments including simple goods receiving checks – quantity and identify checks

· Handling delivery paperwork including matching w/ goods

· Materials counting during yearly physical inventory taking

· Unloading and loading of delivery / pickup vehicles using forklift

· Quality appropriate packaging of goods for outbound shipments

· Assist Head of Logistics in defining, monitoring and improving procedures and training the warehouse team

· Warehouse maintenance – regular optimization of storage system

Your skills

· Passion for precision – intrinsic quality disposition

· Affinity to numbers and quantities

· Affinity for working with digital appliances / digitization

· Formal training in warehousing / shipping or similar desirable

· Previous warehouse / shipping experience required

· Experience in training colleagues required

· Knowledge of English required
