Job description:

• Be trained on sourcing skills and screening candidate CVs 
• Directly participate in the recruitment process under the direct guidance of Leader 
• Push recruitment post, screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, arrange interview schedules, ... 
• Participate in interviews to test candidates' English skills 
• Store and manage candidate databases 
• Be oriented on how to build personal branding and participate in implementing programs to build the company's recruitment image. 
• Perform some other tasks under direct assignment of Leader 

Requires:

• 3rd, 4th year students or university graduates majoring in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics... can work full time 
• Have knowledge of recruitment 
• Know how to use social networking sites such as Facebook, Linkedin,... 
• Able to work with high intensity and withstand work pressure 
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, have good communication skills 
• Proficient in English in 4 skills (Equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher)
