- Keeps a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
- Organizes regular visits in accordance to a predetermined plan.
- Prepares a tentative monthly schedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.
- Presents a summary of his/her visits to the Sales manager on a weekly basis (Weekly Sales Plan) prior to and after the week is completed.
- Ensures that the invoicing effectively corresponds to all services agreed upon and rendered.
- Ensures that all new clients have no negative credit references.
- Records all daily sales calls.
- Records the statistics of his/her accounts.
- Submits production reports on his/her list of accounts on a monthly basis.
- Keeps himself/herself well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Banqueting etc.)
- Sets, in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing, currents rates as charged by the hotel.
- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (sites, prices, services offered on a regular basis – quarterly or more often if need to be).
- Promotes the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conducting site inspections, and presentation etc., of the hotel.

Three years working experience required.
Bachelor degree is required and Higher Education is preferred.
Proven experience with computers and business software.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is required
Proven successful sales record. Ability to structure sales quota goals and revenue expectation while creating measurable results.
Strong math skills and familiarity with statistical reports.
Exemplary contract negotiation skills.
Knowledge of market segmentation, yield and inventory management.
Ability to create and present visual and oral presentations.
Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.

Lịch sử thành lập
2019: Tăng vốn điều lệ thành 50 tỷ đồng.
2007: Xây dựng Nhà máy công suất lớn tại Dĩ An, Bình Dương. Chính thức lấy tên Công ty Cổ phần Bao bì Bình Minh. Công suất: 10 tấn sản phẩm/ngày.
2004: Thành lập Công ty Thịnh Dương, tiền thân của Công ty Cổ phần Bao bì Bình Minh.
01/2020: Khánh thành và chính thức vận hành Nhà máy 3, tổng công suất lên tới 35 tấn/ngày.
