- 4+ years' experience in Human Resources as HRM
- Previous experience working in HR management
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations and analytics
- Familiarity with labor law rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good management, communication and problem-solving skills and leadership skills
- Able to communicate and coordinate well with staff including Vietnamese and international partners;
- Very self- confident, negotiation skills, precise and well organized person;
- Ability to work under high pressure and workload;
- Fluent in English is a must.

Lịch sử thành lập
2019: Tăng vốn điều lệ thành 50 tỷ đồng.
2007: Xây dựng Nhà máy công suất lớn tại Dĩ An, Bình Dương. Chính thức lấy tên Công ty Cổ phần Bao bì Bình Minh. Công suất: 10 tấn sản phẩm/ngày.
2004: Thành lập Công ty Thịnh Dương, tiền thân của Công ty Cổ phần Bao bì Bình Minh.
01/2020: Khánh thành và chính thức vận hành Nhà máy 3, tổng công suất lên tới 35 tấn/ngày.
