Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to drive their retail sales strategy for aggressive growth. This role offers the opportunity to take overall responsibility for the conceptualisation, development, and implementation of retail strategies aimed at high performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring sales targets are achieved, managing retail digitalisation, and fostering cross-functional relationships.
As a Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's aggressive growth strategy. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised as you decompose sales targets into category/time/channel dimensions and formulate effective retail strategies. You will monitor the progress of sales target achievement while carrying out ongoing customer trend analysis to support these strategies. Your role will also involve analysing the performance of the retail system and new concepts to inform future strategies. You will execute terminal construction and manage sample units, devices, and promotional gifts. A key part of your role will be defining standards of the retail management process and promoting their application and optimisation. You will work closely with various departments including Marketing, Sales, Planning & Logistics, Product Operation, and Finance to drive growth.
Your strong leadership abilities will be crucial in supervising mentoring and coaching for team members. You possess critical thinking skills that are data-driven, enabling you to make informed decisions that drive growth. Your solid change management skills demonstrate your ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
- 3 – 5 years of experience in executing retail strategies, and retail operations (Mobile/ FMCG industries are preferable)
- Ability to quickly develop wide-ranging cross-functional partnerships
- Critical thinking and data-driven approach
- Solid change management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
