Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain delivery schedules / due dates in MRP system based on Customer Demand as well as forecasting techniques where applicable.
- Analyze and provide feedback to appropriate departments on material status / requirements for fulfilling customer demand.
- Provide lead times to the Customer Service team regarding Laird Promise Date for customer demand fulfillment.
- Communicate with Customer Service team for forecast and Master Production Schedule maintenance.
- Schedule production using a variety of inputs such as sales orders, historical data, sales forecasts, and inputs from product managers or sales management.
- Check availability of inventory prior to firming / releasing work orders using system queries and reports.
- Collaborate with multiple Laird factories and suppliers to ensure proper inventory levels for finished goods and components.
- Assist with the management of inventory levels to meet customer orders, including safety & distribution stock.
- Collaborate with Materials Management team to optimize supply chain and logistics solutions in order to maximize On Time Delivery to Customer request and Laird promise, while minimizing inventory investment.
- Adheres to Laird quality and safety systems / safety standards.
Education
- Graduated from University or college with major in IT, accounting, statistics.,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning/strategy.
- Good English communication skill is a advantage.
- Experience in use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions (P/D/C/A).
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high pressure and strong adaptability.

- The separation transactions are subject to satisfaction of customary conditions, including final approval by DuPont's Board of Directors, receipt of tax opinion from counsel, the filing and effectiveness of Form 10 registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, applicable regulatory approvals, and satisfactory completion of financing. Quyết định số 1783/QĐ-BVTV-KH ngày 06 tháng 10 năm 2021 (Mới nhất) của Cục Bảo vệ thực vật - Bộ Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn - Chỉ định Công ty Cổ phần chứng nhận và giám định SaigonCert thực hiện việc Chứng nhận hợp quy sản phẩm phân bón phù hợp với quy định tại QCVN 01-189:2019/BNNPTNT về chất lượng phân bón.
