Objective: Conduct blend study of AO lubricants, testing of additive/raw material, analysis of customer / competition samples, support to sales & TS team.
Product Development- support (blend study of AO (MCO, PCMO, HD) as per business needs • Blend study / on time delivery of blend study results
• Reformulation blend study of existing formulations
• Establish the properties with specifications and performances of products based on test method.
• Run necessary tests internal or external to qualify the product performance.
Support to RM/additives and base oil evaluation / alternate formulation development for Automotive product lines • Testing, analysis, and blend study
• Disposal / rework solution of slow moving/obsolete finished goods/additives
• Liaison with QC when testing of samples on shared equipment in QC lab
Technical & sales support service
• Preparation of samples for registration / approval (MOE/JASO/MIGAS)
• Analysis of samples submitted by automotive technical services (France & export)
• Competition sample analysis
Support to lab housekeeping, safety activities, 5S & maintenance of lab equipment Lead the instrument maintenance & standardization activities to ensure correct & timely result reporting & meeting QMS/ ISO 9001 standards.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in chemistry/ chemical engineering / Petro chemical engineering
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• At least 1-3 years' experience in product development / QC laboratory in Chemical / petrochemical / Lubricant Industry
• Experience in production & quality control activities
• Professional English skill
