Mô tả công việc

Provide hands-on test support when necessary to verify front-end and back-end changes, user workflows, database, API, security, performance, mobile device, browsers.

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Effectively collaborate and communicate and build rapport with team members, project stakeholders, business partners and vendors.

Ensures Quality SLAs met.

Seeks to continuously improve test processes.

Implement critical knowledge transfer and communication processes with all teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years of relevant experience and Experience more in Test Manual or both (Manual and Automation)

Experience with test web services, API using tools.

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Solid understanding of Quality Assurance life cycle, methodologies and best practices

Possess the ability to do high level impact analysis and test approaches for production and maintenance level software changes.

Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
