(a) Participate in detailed planning for event/activation projects (Proposal), including customer needs analysis, strategic direction, goal setting, scope, budget, timeline, and implementation methods.
(b) Research, explore, and monitor cultural and social trends related to the client's business activities. Develop strategies based on trends, consumer behavior, and business objectives for clients.
(c) Develop and propose strategies for implementing communications activities on online and offline social channels.
(d) Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to execute the communications campaign.
(e) Utilize various measurement, tracking, and optimization tools for the campaign.
(f) Monitor project proposal progress, promptly report issues, risks, and difficulties encountered during implementation, and propose corrective and improvement solutions.
(g) Support (as assigned by the Project Manager) in evaluating project effectiveness, collecting and analyzing data on outputs, inputs, benefits, and customer satisfaction, and comparing these with the established targets.
(h) Support (as assigned by the Project Manager) in preparing final reports and proposing development directions for future projects.
(i) Write program introductions (Creative Content), company materials (Credential), etc., as assigned by the Project Manager.
