JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Data Administration

• Assist e-commerce leaders and managers to retrieve and process data per request
• Maintain standardized documentations for department’s periodic tasks with other teams

Technical issue Handling

• Conduct day-to-day activities to identify and solve technical issues of listing (variation split/merge, content error, sales channel blocking, onsite category unwanted change) & other catalog information updating
• Act as key point of contact for technical issue escalations with vendor support and SAS
• Maintain standardized catalog template & auto-uploading process, and
• Explore and experiment automation in technical issues solving

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge

• Graduated in BA, Economics or any business-related departments.
• Have a can-do attitude. Quick adapting, data sensitive, capable of reports analyzing and data-driven mindset.
• Eager to learn and self-study.
• Enthusiastic and responsible
• Adaptable in fast growing environment and willing to work under pressure.

Skills

• Project management
• Proficiency in MS office, Excel, google sheet is compulsory (level advanced). Prefer query SQL.
• Collaboration and interpersonal skills

Experience

• Ideally 1-2 years of working experience at the equivalent position
• Fluent level of verbal and written English.
