1. Integration: Collaborate effectively with QC/QA, R&D, and Planning teams to ensure timely and successful task completion.
2. Procurement Operations:
- Implement procurement activities related to direct procurement (Raw Materials) to support production needs.
- Develop, manage, and maintain contracts with vendors, including negotiating and drafting contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze and assess supplier performance, fostering and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Execute procurement activities in alignment with P2P processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and company policies.
- Proactively address and resolve issues related to stock shortages, delivery delays, and product quality.
- Fulfill additional procurement responsibilities as required, following to company regulations, including but not limited to Food Safety & Quality and Health & Safety standards.
3. Reporting: Oversee and manage daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, including:
- Cost Savings
- Delivery Performance
- Supplier/OEM PerformanceYêu Cầu Công Việc
A Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics, or a related field is required. A specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP software is essential.
Fluency in English is required.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills are necessary.
Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to perform well under high pressure are crucial.
A high level of responsibility and commitment is expected.Laptop
