Job Description
- Communication: (50%)
- Manage overall communication planning activities, key angles & key messages to target audience across all channels.
- Build-up the communication message/content to ensure synchronization with all stakeholders & SPX business direction.
- Delivering the communication effectiveness e.g users awareness, materials application and ease of use.
- Proactively establish & streamline processes, workflow to improve communication effectiveness and team resources.
- Identify appropriate indicators to track projects/programs performance e.g. user awareness & satisfaction.
- Change management: (20%)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to plan communication, timeline, strategy, message, approach, channels for the changes in process, programs, policies…….
- Build up & consult to stakeholders about risk assessment & mitigation plan if any.
- Facilitate brief, training, updates to cross-functional to ensure the collaboration & coordination with key objectives across the organization.
- Crisis management: (10%)
- Monitor potential crises online with a social team.
- Collaborate with the Risk & Customer Support to handle potential risk cases from customer escalation.
- Collaborate related stakeholders (Risk, PR….) to identify the crisis root causes, corrective actions and preventive actions to avoid further escalation, social media noise.
- At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in Marketing, Project Management, Customer Service, Customer Experience.
- Strong business acumen,project management, user experience & satisfaction.
- Good at stakeholder management, objective alignments, presentation and communication.
- Proven capabilities to work under pressure, resilient, reliable and most important: candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment & user centricity mindset.
