MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Gather define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product
Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact- finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement change
Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter
Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity
Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications
Define features and product enhancements that meet business objectives and problems that target users are faced with
Act as the bridge between Product Owner and Development team to assist the best decision making, ensuring product competitiveness retained but technical feasibility guaranteed
Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company- wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
University education and degree (preferably business or IT related)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of wire- frame prototype designing
Finance knowledge is a big plus
Good at problem analyzing, problem solving skills
Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Software Analyst or Business Analyst for Based Software Solutions, at least 2 years in a client facing position
Extremely detail oriented, logic mindset and systematic thinking
