SUMMARY:
The Growth Marketing Leader is responsible for the development and execution of initiatives to increase the quantity and quality of users for MFast’s fintech platforms (including the MFast agent app and MFast end-customers app).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and execute new tactics for user engagement activities, including online & offline campaigns, promotions, activations, etc.
Take charge of user engagement projects, including Onboarding, Rewards, Referrals, and Mentoring.
Execute marketing automation flows and campaigns to achieve user engagement goals.
Conduct regular, extensive optimization and experimentation to improve middle and lower-funnel conversion.
Work with other Marketing team members to develop and test new concepts to make our marketing more engaging and efficient.
Lead innovation efforts within the Marketing team to find growth opportunities.
Other tasks assigned by the Line manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in any field with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
A growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work.
Highly analytical and fluent in deriving insights from data.
Experience with website testing & conversion rate optimization.
Experience with cross-department coordination and collaboration.
Creative thinker with desire and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done.
Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience working with marketing automation and engagement platforms is an advantage.
English proficiency is a plus.
