Mô tả công việc
1. Class Management
• Coordinate with teachers to follow up on students studying.
• Supervise students of US Dual program to support them, make sure they achieve their academic goals.
• Work with Academic Directors to arrange teacher for classes
2. Customer Service
• Respond to any inquiries/ concerns from parents.
• Conduct the care calls
3. Coordination
• Coordinate with sales team and other departments/ centers to increase numbers of students.
• Coordinate with Marketing to conduct workshop/ seminar for parents to promote the program at AEG centers or schools.
• Support Curriculum Team to develop program for the company if requested.
• Work with relating departments to organize Students Clubs.
4. Others
• Make progress report for students.
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Admissions.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated College/University in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Language or equivalent fields.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the equivalent positions
• Good communication
• Fluent in English
