Because of working conditions, we prefer the candidate living in Long Thanh/ Nhon Trach or flexible in location.

• To plan, recruit, and develop a qualified workforce to align with the Company’s business plan.
• To explore effective recruitment channels, advertise, screen, interview, and recommend suitable candidates for user’s departments by specified criteria.
• To follow up recruitment procedures to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy.
• To prepare management reports including headcount reports and advertisement cost analysis.
• To improve industrial relations through the organization of employee activities and programs.
• Searches workforce market.
• Working with a headhunter to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening resumes.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Administering appropriate company assessments.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Making recommendations to HR managers and hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
• Staying current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment for the manufacturing company for both Direct & Indirect labor
• College level at least
• English communication skill.
• Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, knowledge in build-up regulation, SOP, WI in assignment duty
• Preferably experience in an international environment/organization
• Know international standard
• Computer Skills in MS
