- Work Location: Work from home then work in HCM office when it established
- Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 37M VND Gross
<Job Responsibilities>
• Responsible and managed assigned customer accounts.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and handled all customers' inquiries.
• Consolidate customers' requirements and report to the Sales Manager.
• Assist for pre-and post-sales activities to ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Ability to use basic technical knowledge to communicate with customers, distributors, and internal departments.
• Provide accurate sales quotes to customers.
• Conduct product presentations to prospective customers.
• Liaise with various internal departments: HQ or regional offices on customer and distributor-related issues.
• Prepare Daily reports in SalesForce, Project/Case/Issue progress reports, monthly Sales/Order reports, reports on the achievement of targets, and any other job-related reports when required.
• Perform market research to understand key customers’ business growth, market trends, and market situation.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the Sales Manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Marketing, Business Administration, and Sales related fields.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience approaching automation equipment manufacturers or sales in automation equipment manufacturers in Ho Chi Minh.
• Sales Experience in Automation Equipment Manufacturers: experience working for companies that manufacture factory automation (FA) equipment, including conveyors, assembly equipment, and inspection equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint).
• Good interpersonal communication skills with a focus on sales and negotiation
• Professional in written and spoken English.
• Ability to speak other languages is an advantage
• Able to multi-task and have the initiative to get jobs done.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic individual.
• Willingness to learn new things and adapt to multiple cultures.
• Able to travel overseas and domestically for short-term business trips.
• Due to remote work, social experience and sales experience are required.
• Personality: A bright and proactive individual who is not hesitant to approach new customers.
• Location: Able to commute to the office in Ho Chi Minh City if one is established. Initially, remote work will be possible, and meetings can be held in hotel lobbies or coffee shops.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Product Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in products such as sensors, cylinders, motors, actuators, electronic components, and fixtures for Vietnamese automation equipment manufacturers.
・Industry Experience: We will also consider candidates with experience working in the automation industry, even if they have not directly sold the above-mentioned products.
<Initial Activities Post-Hire>
- Training: 3 weeks in Hanoi (product knowledge, basic sales activities)
- Build Sales Foundation: The new hire will establish a sales foundation for the Company to set up an office in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Initial Customer Response: Handle initial customer inquiries. Support from Hanoi will be provided as needed (primarily remote).
- Identify Potential Customer Needs: Assess potential customer needs from exhibitions and web inquiries. (Initially, most interactions will be remote, but for promising leads, on-site visits will be conducted.)
- Customer Research in Southern Region: Identify potential customers from online information and industrial park maps and convert them into sales.
- Build Relationships: In all cases, establish contact with the purchasing department and the engineering PIC (Point of Contact) at each customer. Contacting upper management will be highly valued.
- Specific KPIs: Will be set at a later date.
