YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. For Junior Manager position
- daily communicate with customers
- explore customer information
- discuss with customers' requests, demands or claims
- check and process to take the lable from customer system
- weekly join salesteam meeting
- arrange and join meeting with clients or suppliers
- manage orders
- do production request, book ERP, book GD
- create new EPR code, changing price in ERP, changing turn over between LA and TD turn over in ERP
- price calculate and quotation, make sales contract note,
- arrange shipments
- book & follow inspection
- work closely with production team, purchasing team, QC team, logistic team, suppliers
- chase production's productivity, packing materials
- follow and develop new designs, new production with R&D team
- check samples quality, sample production quality, send samples or documents to customers
- arrange air shipments
- packing photos report to customer
- weekly update shipment on EX-A
- make BOD weekly
- making the commision to customer
- follow and pushing payment
- Scan barcode to customer
2. For Staff position
- Build and maintain partnership with current & new customers.
- Arrange meetings, reply emais, phone calls with customers to identify their needs to
- provide suitable solutions.
- Handle selling activities (Proposal / presentation, sending catalog / sample to customer,
- pricing)
- Make new contract / follow PO / payment / raise on system.
- Follow prodution plan and make sure it meet cusstomer reruirements.
- Check market movement and analyse competitor.
- Keep customer database updated.
- Follow up monthly sales forecast and achieve sale targets.
- Follow ETD, ETA ,CO, Packing List, invoices before delivery.
- ERP input data.
- Check payment status.
- Solving quality complaints.
3. For International Sales Senior Staff
- daily communicate with customers

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related business or commercial discipline. Preferrably international business administration.
- 05years of experience in Sales & Marketing for junior manager and 03 years for staff
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written skills. MS application
- Independent working/strong project management skill
- Negotiattion skills
- Full the job as assigned
- Responsibility to handle and solve problem or complaint from buyers
