1/ Content Strategy Development and Management
- Lead the creation of engaging content across all channels for WESET's various business streams.
- Develop diverse content types including copy, photos, videos, and more as needed.
- Construct and maintain a content/editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience to the company's lead capture channels.
- Gather User Generated Content from both internal and external sources for social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
2/ Content Creation
- Generate outbound content such as blog posts, newsletters, flyers/brochures, social media campaigns, reports, webinars, email marketing, and infographics…
- Produce regular content for social media, website, and email newsletters.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all physical and digital materials through effective copywriting.
3/ Lead Generation and Nurturing
- Drive new leads and nurture existing ones by optimizing site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Articulate company value propositions and unique selling points compared to direct competitors through compelling content across physical and digital channels.
- Enhance marketing automation and lead nurturing processes via email, digital ads, content, and social channels.
- Optimize owned and external content for search engines and monitor keyword SERP performance.
4/ Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing managers and digital specialists to establish closed-loop analytics with sales, understanding the ROI of inbound marketing activities and conversion rates of each campaign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to align content strategies with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
5/ Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise and mentor a team of content creators, social media specialists, and other relevant team members.
- Set clear goals and objectives for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
- Work with the Line Manager to structure the team in alignment with business strategies.
- Define topics/skills and recommend training for the content team.
- Maintain operational procedures and ensure task quality.
6/ Support the Marketing Manager
- Assist in other related initiatives as required by the Line manager.
- Undertake duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or eCommerce).
- Over 3 years of experience in social media and content management, including copywriting, social media, SEO, and video content creation.
- Proven track record as a social media/content manager/leader.
- Experience optimizing content with solid SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in managing content across various digital channels (social media, web, Marketing automation, etc.).
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with English-speaking international constituents.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to deliver creative content in text, image, and video formats.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
