Support Product Marketing Manager in management of product proposition, Go-To-Market plan strategy and execution on multi communication channels to ensure company have competitive position in market regarding to product perspective for different customer segments and distribution channels.

• Support in developing product proposition from customer needs to strengthen product positioning. Positioning and messaging for new products, features, systems.
• Assist with coordinating the involvement of related departments and related parties in the product launching process to ensure the product launching activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner including marketing communication activities and customer promotion campaigns.
• Assist with developing sales and training materials and participate in preparing product sales contest campaign and organizing product launching events to ensure effective introduction of new products.
• Assist with developing corporate & channel product/proposition customer launch, promotion and initiatives to ensure delivery of revenue and profit target of total product portfolio or channels. Helping to push sell on specific distribution channels according to strategy.
• Update market, competitors and customer information (Marketing campaigns, new customer system enhancements, new digital insurance products, market share, new trend in industry, …)
• Support in conducting internal and external product surveys including market research, focus groups, sales talks, etc...
• Monitor performance of DLVN product in relation to market & provide recommendations on product changes/ campaigns to improve product performance

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a specialization in Marketing is preferred.
• Experience in sales and marketing with foreign or joint-venture companies, particularly in product marketing within the life insurance sector.
• Strong project management skills (PO rule)
• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, with particular strength in creative and proposal writing.
• Exceptional computer skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
