<Job Summary>
The Assistant to the Architect Manager will provide comprehensive support in managing multiple large-scale projects, coordinating communication and documentation, and contributing to strategic planning and project execution.
The role will evolve, with increasing responsibilities and opportunities for growth within the company.

<Job Responsibilities>
• Assist the Architect manager with scheduling, meeting coordination (take meeting minutes, translation, etc. from Vietnamese to English), documentation, or any tasks on request
• Manage project trackers and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Handle routine administrative tasks, such as email management, file organization, document translation, etc.
• Assist in architectural research and data gathering for feasibility studies and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and long-term planning.
• Support the development of IT and engineering teams.
• Take on increasing responsibility for project management and coordination over time.
• Participate in concept design, architectural design, basic design, technical and construction design stage
• Review and improve the project design
• Give ideas to partners to create things that can attract customers such as iconic designs, attractive
• Other relevant tasks on request

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Architect or other Construction - related majors. 
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience:
- Staff Level: From 2 - 3 years of experience working in Architect position
- Assistant Manager: From 4 - 7 years of experience working in Architect position
- Knowledge and experience in designing architecture for condominium or detached house projects
- Good PC skills (CAD, Microsoft Office, 3D, Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator)
・Others:
- Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
