1. Engaging leadership that inspires and empowers the VIP services staff.
2. Provides strategic direction for the department and proactively conveys guidelines for staff that shapes the unparalleled standards expected.
3. Make certain that areas of accountability are executed in uncompromised levels.
4. Oversees facility and equipment in the responsible areas to make sure they are in complete working order.
5. Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
6. Hires, trains, motivates and provides on-going communication to staff to deliver first-class service with unmatched elegance and professionalism while promoting a culture of accountability.
7. Communicates with partnering departments and peers to achieve superior customer satisfaction and efficient utilisation of manpower and facilities.
8. Maintains close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback, cross training and efficient operations.
9. Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with Housekeeping and other departments regarding daily VIP arrivals of special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.
10. Creates and maintains a refined yet welcoming VIP guest registration experience, efficient and accurate cashiering functions and exceeds guests expressed and unexpressed needs.
11. Prepared to execute Manager on Duty responsibilities when necessary. Track, comment on Boujee images and make sure it matches with the company brand.
12. Manage team in regular interactions, integrating strategic communication plans to ensure a lively description of business at all the times.
13. Make sure to spot checks on the Front Office and VIP team on dress code and make sure the teams are well groomed to serve our guests.
14. Other tasks assigned by the General Manager from time to time.

- Over 3 years Customer services experience required on Nightlife/F&B/Hospitality/Aviation. One year management experience required.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Organised, can multi-task, superior problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Manage department budget and assure that expenses are maintained within agreed parameters. Proven record in maintaining unfailing, high quality service levels in luxury clubs/bars.
