Assists in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure smooth & efficient operation processes.
Work closely with department managers to resolve issues and enhance productivity.
Support in developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure product quality.
Facilitate communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Translate and interpret as needed during meetings, conferences
Supervise, mentor, and train departmental managers and staff.
Monitor team performance and ensure all departments align with the company's objectives.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business management, or a related field.
Good command of English.
Prior experience as an assistant, manager, or supervisor in manufacturing or production is preferred.
Knowledge of operational procedures and business processes within manufacturing companies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Salary: negotiable based on your experience.
