About this role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Executive for HouseNow Vietnam, located in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, Vietnam. In this role, you will hold a key position in shaping and executing the brand's marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of success in building compelling content and executing impactful social media campaigns. We are looking for someone who loves tech products, even better if you are interested in Prop-tech and Real Estate.
1. Job Description:
- Defining the the brand's positioning in the market to develop a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals
- Plan and manage brand marketing campaigns across various channels like digital marketing, social media marketing, public relations,... to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all marketing channels to build brand equity and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer insights, market trends, competitor activities and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, measure brand awareness and report on progress towards brand goals.
- Continuously monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats to the brand.
- Manage the brand marketing budget effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, sales,... to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience and knowledge in Branding/PR/Digital Marketing, with a preference for candidates who have worked in content creation or social media management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Have extensive knowledge of marketing methods and tools, including social media platforms, content management systems and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
- Have content creation skills, creativity and the ability to analyze customer behavior
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Have the ability to quickly grasp new trends.
