Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Assist in managing relationships with Japanese- speaking clients and address inquiries.
Provide basic support on IT products and services.
Sales Support:
Conduct market research to identify new leads and business opportunities.
Help prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Coordination and Reporting:
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Track sales activities and provide regular progress reports.
Learning and Development:
Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT concepts and software solutions (training will be provided).
Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (both written and spoken).
Skills:
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self- motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Công ty CP Sách và thiết bị Giáo Dục Hải Dương - HEBEC ( Hai Duong educational book and equipment joint stock company) được thành lập theo quyết định số 14/TC ngày 03.05.1982 của UBND tỉnh Hải Hưng (nay là tỉnh Hải Dương) tiền thân là Phòng Phát Hành Sách của Sở Giáo Dục & Đào tạo tỉnh Hải Dương.
Ngày 30.10.1992, theo quy định số 898/QĐ - UBND của UBND Tỉnh về việc thành lập doanh nghiệp nhà nước, Công ty đổi tên là Công ty Sách & TBTH ( Sở GD & ĐT).
Tháng 10. 2004, Công ty được chuyển đổi thành Công ty CP Sách & thiết bị Giáo Dục Hải Dương, hoạt động theo Luật doanh nghiệp với nhiệm vụ chính là cung ứng Sách Giáo Khoa, sách tham khảo, thiết bị Giáo Dục phục vụ cho công tác Dạy & Học của Tỉnh nhà.
