Job Objective:

• Ensure the effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS), complying with current standards and regulations.

• Conduct audits to identify non-conformities and propose corrective and improvement measures.

• Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen programs to enhance productivity, quality, and work efficiency.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Auditing:

o Plan and execute internal audits of the QMS and production processes.

o Assess compliance with production processes and relevant standards in the outdoor furniture industry.

o Identify non-conformities, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.

o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.

• Improvement:

o Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen programs to create a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

o Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process, productivity, and quality improvements.

o Execute quality improvement projects, minimize waste, and optimize costs.

o Train and guide employees on quality improvement methodologies.

• Compliance:

o Ensure production processes and activities comply with customer requirements and relevant standards.

o Update and disseminate changes in standards and regulations to relevant departments.

o Conduct inspections and monitoring to ensure compliance. o Develop and update QMS documentation and records.

• Reporting and Analysis:

o Prepare periodic reports on audit, improvement, and compliance activities.

o Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues and propose preventive measures.
