The Product Specialist at FC Online (FCO) plays a crucial role in optimizing in-game experiences with a focus on monetization and live operations. By leveraging deep insights into game mechanics, you will devise innovative monetization strategies, enhancing monetization streams, and create engaging activities across diverse player segments.
Job Description
What You Will Do In This Position?
- Monetization: Define monetization plan, optimize game monetization between player segments, including but not limited to optimizing in-game sales/top-up promotions, improving user payment channels, pricing strategy, etc.
- Product Operations: Enrich the game with several layers of activities, driving all stages of these activities' planning and development to attract new users, retain existing ones, and re-engage churned users across various channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on FCO users’ insights, industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to propose/create new feature/campaign to drive business goals and user experience
- Performance Optimization:
> Propose/Develop new feature/tools to support Excellent Operation
Job Requirements
Who Are We Looking For?
- Experience: 2-3 years working experience in product operations, monetization, strategy consulting, BA, BI or related fields in Digital Product industry
- Background: Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
- Technical Skill:
> Advanced skills in Microsoft office
- Passion: A deep love for Football is a must-have. Additional, your passion for any type of competitive games is also required.
- Soft Skills: Razor-sharp analytical mind, excellent problem-solving abilities, and clear, impactful communication skills. - Language: Fluent in English (must-have)
