- Assist in receiving inquiries and clarifying customer requests, supporting discussions about development techniques, and incorporating customer feedback.
- Support in providing advice on product structure, features, and materials under guidance from the team.
- Help in sourcing fabrics and materials, gathering information for quotations, and maintaining communication with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the technical and sourcing teams to collect information about fabric pricing, material norms, and CM (cut & make) costs, and assist in preparing costing tables.
- Assist in tracking the development and quality approval of raw materials, consulting with the technical leader when challenges arise.
- Assist in synchronizing materials for sample production and follow up on the sample development process, ensuring customer feedback is incorporated.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to finalize and approve samples for production.
- Assist in preparing order checklists and coordinating approvals.
- Monitor sample development timelines, help set delivery schedules and assist in preparing sample sewing materials.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University/College in Garment Field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Eager to learn and contribute in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of fabrics and materials is a plus but not required.
