* Role's Objective: - Develop and implement strategies, exploring new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets. - Manage frontline tasks to achieve growth through sales & marketing activity, including branding, expansion in markets, new service, and awareness, business development, superior customer relationships and the best quality/innovative services. * Specific Responsibilities: - Responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching services, and maintaining fruitful customer relationships. Meet monthly/annual sales obligations as assigned. - Provide strategic guidance on business development opportunities, including setting specific new product/service targets, competitive activity, sales efforts, and promotion programmes. - Ensure face-to-face client and developmental sales interaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business to improve sales revenue - Actively participate in industry functions. Support with relevant business market research for new opportunities. - Develop marketing strategy/marketing campaigns & activities/ plans to penetrate different segments of the market - Collect market information. Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses (both about industries and competitors) to suggest proper selling schemes to Management - Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical experts and project managers, to provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding their projects. - Coordinate with Customer Service Team and related Section Manager to handle clients' complaints/ claims or collect outstanding debts - Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and expand the client base. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts. - Mentor and guide frontline team members, sharing best practices and techniques for successful sales. - Other duties upon requested
