Adecco's client, a leading company in the information technology industry, is looking for Project Manager with service operation as System engineer or architect based in Hanoi.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Monitoring/Operation System: project planning, resource management, risk management, quality management
- Failure and emergency management
- Conduct regular deploy/release on project status for timely reporting to stakeholders
- Manage daily tasks and evaluate to ensure overall quality
- Control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies and changes in scope associated with other IT projects and project teams
- Guide and train team members on operation (cloud & on premise) & other supporting processes
- Manage a large team including partner personnel and Samsung members
- Communication with all stakeholder.
Experience requirements
- At least 6 years of working experience in service operation as System engineer or architect including 2 years in the PM role.
- In-depth understanding of the operation:
- System monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK).
- Middleware/Database/OS/Application/CICD management (Java, Tomcat, MariaDB, CentOS...).
- Cloud management (AWS, K8S).
- High sense of organization and responsibility, leading members and coaching team.
- Good communication skill knowledge fast.
- Nice to have: Development or scripting skill.
- OS: Linux.
- Cloud: AWS.
- Monitor: Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana.
- Container: Kubernetes, Docker.
- Tool: confluence, jira, GitHub, CI/CD.
- Experience in coaching and managing teams.
- Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and scope management.
- Good at time management and problem-solving skill.
- Proficiency in using Jira for project and team management.
- Proficiency in leading team members.
- Responsible, proactive and work carefully.
