Taking meeting minutes, interpreting in the meeting with Chinese business partners;
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf by Chinese;
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records; Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary;
Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and accurately convey information in difference languages (Chinese, Vietnamese, English);
Time-management skills;
High flexibility and ability to work under high pressure;
Good interpretation skills;
Hardworking and willing to travel frequently between Vietnam and China;
