Mô Tả Công Việc
● Working with related teams on issues related to Revenue and COGS of service
● Manage and control expense data
+ Check & verify invoices, supporting documents…
+ Handle process on Accounting software (Xero) system to record in the Accounting system with the account, cost centre, payment schedule timely and accurately
+ Follow up and take responsibility for recording transactions relevant to depreciation, allocation, advance, prepaid, lease (IFRS16)
+ Follow up-to record/ clear accrual expenses monthly
+ Check Credit card statement, record and process payment credit card
● Guideline to another departments process right way to comply with internal policies and local tax law
● Support to check contracts, invoice and accounting documents before going to Chief Accountant
● Prepare tax reports and declaration in monthly/quarterly/yearly (VAT/ PIT/ FCT/ CIT)
● Others: Report AP, detail expense
● Other tasks assigned by line Manager

● Bachelor accountancy;
● At least 1 years’ experience at payable accountant position or related roles
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details;
● Honest, hardworking, careful, transparent, ability to deal with pressure situations
● Strong communication skill, negotiation skill and management skill.
● Good interpersonal skills.
● Good communications English
