Marketing and Growth: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, track conversion rates, measure performance and prioritize marketing initiatives to achieve the business growth for Vexere's flight, train, and ferry services. Optimize the display of features for these services on the Vexere website and app. Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with airlines, Vietnam Railways, and ferries. Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that secure competitive offerings for Vexere's customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, etc.) to ensure operational activities align with company goals. Team Management and Operations: Manage the daily operations of the customer service and marketing teams, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Be responsible for hiring, setting KPIs, talent development, performance appraisals, feedback and motivation management for customer service and marketing teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and drive innovation. Details discussed in the interview

Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably experience in flight field Experience in Digital Marketing or Product Marketing Skills: Customer focus and data-driven decision making Critical thinking and problem-solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Time management and stakeholder management Ability to develop and follow processes Strong desire for personal development and ability to support others in their self-development Proactive problem-solving mindset and high sense of responsibility Good command of English
