Mô tả công việc

Market trends & Store performance tracking:
- Analyze product performance by store: Evaluate best-selling items, slow-moving products, and consumer trends in different locations to refine product assortment.
- Forecast trends and demand: Utilize historical data and market trends to suggest adding or phasing out products, ensuring a compelling and well-balanced assortment.
Customer Success:
- Assisting CEO Office in managing customer loyalty programs and optimizing customer experience to provide actionable insights, both online & offline
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align in-store experiences with consumer trends
- Collect, analyse, and interpret customer data to map and understand the customer journey.
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize data and support decision-making about customer touchpoints
Administrative Support:
- Assist the CEO and CEO Assistant with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication management.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including document management, report preparation, and internal communications.
- Organize travel arrangements, event planning, and other logistical needs for the CEO Office.

Yêu cầu công việc

A Bachelor in Economics / Commerce or Business Management, Marketing,…
Deep understanding of Gen Z insights and market trends, preferably someone close to or with a strong connection to Gen Z
Familiarity with working in a data-driven environment or using analytics to inform decision-making is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini Advanced,…).
Strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
