2. Produce, implement and monitor action plans to ensure Sales Budget and Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
3. Analyses current and potential markets/ trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase banquet revenue through added business volume and increased rate
4. Oversee and provide direction to the Revenue Manager
5. Oversee and provide direction to the Loyalty Program Manager concerning all programs the hotel is connected with
6. Oversee the hotel’s complete marketing program and implementation of same, working with the Marcom Team to continue to raise and enhance the hotels profile and reputation in the most cost efficient way possible. To also ensure the brand/graphic standards are complied with in all situations.
7. Public Relations will always be a significant part of the position and maintaining a quality high profile of the hotel and key management personnel is expected both within the local market and the international market.
8. Procure new and repeat business for the hotel by monitoring contact with MICE PCOs, PEOs and Government bodies. Maintain contact with planners, corporate accounts through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications
9. Create and implements special programs to achieve greater productivity through: increasing business volume during difficult periods for room sales.
10. Oversee the selling and servicing of group business
11. Provide direction on and conduct market research. Monitor competitor activities
12. Plan and execute sales trips or attend major travel functions to promote sales for the hotel
13. Under the guidance of your superior, direct all sales activities for SSM/ SM/ SE to ensure they meet the goals of the Room Revenue Plan
14. Prepare proposals and contract letters to customers in an efficient and timely manner within 24 hours
15. Coordinate and follow up enquiries and all confirmed business with room sales and banquet sales teams.
16. Establish beneficial relationships with our clients, especially in the MICE and corporate segment commercial sector to sell hotel accommodation.
17. Prepare daily and monthly Sales Report
18. Attend daily sales briefings and weekly Sales & Marketing meetings
19. Work closely with the Banquet Department, the F&B Manager and the Chef to ensure complete follow up a function.
20. Be always impeccably groomed to represent the Hotel in a professional manner.
21. Be able to conduct an extensive Hotel site inspection and join any hosted function as directed by the Management.
22. Attend to all duties and reports as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing
23. Take up routined and ad-hoc projects and assignments given by Director of Sales and Marketing when required.
Human Resources and Team Leadership
1. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
2. Provide coaching and support to ensure that Sales Executives and Coordinators are meeting their performance targets.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
4. Promote a collaborative and motivated team environment by fostering open communication and shared goals
Financial Management
1. Assist in the preparation and management of the Sales Department budget.
2. Monitor departmental expenses and revenue, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying areas for cost savings.
3. Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to establish pricing strategies for various segments (MICE, corporate, leisure) to maximize revenue and profitability.

The Coffee House được ông Nguyễn Hải Ninh thành lập vào năm 2014. Trước đó, cùng với bạn của mình là Đinh Nhật Nam, ông Ninh cũng đã từng thành lập chuỗi cà phê Urban Station. Đến năm 2017, chuỗi cửa hàng cà phê đã mở rộng với sự xuất hiện của 60 cửa hàng tại khắp Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
Năm 2018, The Coffee House đứng vị trí thứ hai trên thị trường chuỗi cà phê Việt Nam về doanh thu, sau Highlands Coffee và thứ tư về lợi nhuận (sau Highlands Coffee, Starbucks và Phúc Long). Tháng 7 năm 2021, The Coffee House tiếp tục thay đổi CEO sang cho Lê Bá Nam Anh. Tuy nhiên không bao lâu sau đó vào năm 2022, CEO cho chuỗi cửa hàng tiếp tục được thay thế bởi ông Ngô Nguyên Kha. Trong giai đoạn đại dịch COVID-19, The Coffe House bắt đầu có xu hướng đi chậm lại khi từ 735 tỷ đồng vào năm 2020 xuống còn 475 tỷ đồng năm 2021. Thậm chí, tính lũy kế lỗ của 3 năm 2019 đến năm 2021, doanh nghiệp đã thiệt hại 434 tỷ đồng. Tháng 10 năm 2021, một cửa hàng Signature ở quận 3, thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã phải đóng cửa. Mặc dù vậy, đến tháng 1 năm 2023, The Coffee House đứng thứ hai tại Việt Nam về số lượng cửa hàng với 152 cửa hàng chỉ sau Highlands Coffe với 597 cửa hàng.
