KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Server Administration

• Design, deploy, upgrade, and ensure the health of the storage systems, server systems that serve the business applications of WCM, WEC, Phuc Long, Supra, etc.
• Design, deploy, and manage virtual resources in the data centers, ensuring that resources are properly allocated and continuously optimized to ensure the stable operation of the applications.
• Manage the operations and troubleshoot issues related to the specialized server racks for the ERP (SAP) system.
• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level service systems for the company's operations, including Email, MS AD, Lync/Teams, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Patch Management, etc.
• Design, deploy, and operate the document and internal data storage systems on File Server and SharePoint Online platforms.
• Design and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, such as Logging, Backup, Monitoring, and Automation systems.
• Identify and resolve risks and incidents related to the above systems and responsibilities.
• Research and propose new technologies to improve system performance or optimize operational costs.

Cloud Server Administration

• Design and deploy the infrastructure architecture on the Cloud environment to meet the company's usage requirements and long-term expansion plans.
• Deploy, operate, and control the access permissions for systems and resources on the Cloud environment (Google, Azure) according to the company's projects.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions for the Cloud infrastructure (Grafana and Prometheus).
• Control and alert on Cloud usage costs, allocating them to the appropriate services/projects/departments.
• Identify and resolve risks and incidents related to the Cloud infrastructure.
• Research and propose the utilization and expansion of Cloud services, such as Office365 and SharePoint.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to design and deploy enterprise infrastructure (Cloud deployment experience is an advantage)
• Proficient in office productivity software
• Good English proficiency to understand technical documentation
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications
