With the mission of enhancing the development and technical capability of the overseas subsidiary (GENIEE Vietnam), we would like to let Geniee Vietnam members train the local development team and improve the development process. The local development team will work closely with the head office in Japan to develop and maintain SFA product. GENIEE is aiming to create a global team structure regardless of nationality in the future. In order to build a seamless development environment with the Japanese development team, we are looking for an engineer who can act as a bridge across boundaries.
Job detailsTechnical lead
- Support in new technology selection
- Product architecture design
- Organizing issues and considering policies in the system
- Dealing with technical issues (technical policy, direction, decision-making)
- Infrastructure design, performance optimization
Requirement definition, design and implementation
- Formulation and improvement of development process (implementation and improvement of Agile practices)
- Alignment and modification of development requirement with stakeholders
- Formulation of design and policy implementation (including hands-on work)
- Quality control such as code review
- Delivery correspondence, failure correspondence
Communication with Japanese members / Management of development members
- Code review for members, maintenance and improvement of code quality
- Engineer training
New product development / existing service renewal
Requirements
Must-have:
- More than 5 years of programming experience, including experience working with Japanese company/client
- Experience in product development based on cloud (AWS, GCP)
- At least 3 years of experience using Frontend: React
- At least 1 year of experience in leading a team with Agile development model
- Good knowledge of algorithm and data structure
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in either Japanese or English
Nice-to-have:
- Have knowledge in sales support system (Sales Force Automation) area
- Tech lead experience (architecture, technology selection, code review, etc.)
- DevOps experience (Docker, Lambda, CI/CD)
- Experience in developing large-scale services (mainly web application)
