Mô tả công việc
- Generate and update content (products, content, stock, promotions, …) on e-Commerce marketplaces such as (B2B; B2C như Tiktok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, …) and website/app of the company
- Plan and implement sales promotion strategies for each Brand on E-commerce platforms
- Monitor key performance indicators for the website/app, e-Commerce marketplaces and develop plans to improve them
- Monitoring and reporting on inventory, payment, fraud, shipping, checkout, chargebacks, promotional and all on site operational owned functions
- Work with IT and business teams to help develop test cases for all features that connect the system to the e-commerce platform, write user guides, document, workflow.
- Research and evaluate competitors' online sales programs and implement development strategies for the company's online channels.
- Planning and coordinating with the marketing team to implement, monitor and be responsible for the effectiveness of internal and external campaigns to ensure revenue and profit targets.
- Coordinate with Product Team of multiple Brands’ ACFC and update product properties to update product fields on website/app ACFC and e-Commerce marketplaces.
- Collaborate with marketing and SEO team to bring product listings to the top of search and boost search traffic and purchases
- Coordinate with operation and other teams to handle product-related content, orders, customer complaints.
- Execute tasks assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of practical experience in operating on one of the e-commerce platforms Lazada/Shopee/TiKi/Tiktokshop, ... in the field of fashion, cosmetics, accessories...
- Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context
- Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (browsers, basic HTML, data files...)
- Good data analysis skills
- Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable.

Tấm ốp tường vân đá Cẩm Thạch và Ván sàn khóa hèm composite là xu hướng vật liệu mới trong ngành trang trí nội thất, được sử dụng rộng rãi ở nhiều nước tiên tiến trên thế giới như: Anh, Mỹ, Canada, Australia... và nay mới bắt đầu tại nước ta. Ecofloor vinh dự là nhà sản xuất đầu tiên khởi xướng xu thế mới này tại Việt Nam.
