- Market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs anddesires, thereby proposing new product strategies;

- Data analysis: Use data analysis tools to evaluate marketing performance andperiodically report to management;

- User acquisition: Monitor and optimize user acquisition campaigns in Meta
user platforms
Ads, Google Ads, X Ads, Telegram Ads,... With a high focus on blockchain

- Content marketing: Create, manage and update content on websites, socialmedia, paid ads, and many other channels;

- Marketing project management: Ensure that campaigns are implemented ontime and according to plan;

- Collaborate with departments: Work closely with different departments
to ensure close alignment between activities;
within the company, including product development, design, and creative team

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines aremet;
- Communicate well in English.
- Experience in mobile game publishing is an advantage, if not, must be readyand have the desire to develop expertise in the gaming market;
- Ability to generate creative and effective marketing ideas;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse environment.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the field of marketing;
- Understanding of how to use data to evaluate marketing performance andadjust strategy;
- Understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry is an advantage;

- Salary: up to 1,000 USD (gross)

- Salary review 2 times/year
- 2- month probation, receive 85% of official salary
- Work 05 days/week (Off Saturday and Sunday)
